Extremely beautiful, gorgeous looks and quite place. Above all the courteous behavior of staff, so good food have added to its charm. We enjoyed our stay to hearts content. We wish let this hotel to be a very reputed hotel maintaining its standard. Advocate Amitava Ghosh 04.11.2023

The property is amazing, well kept clean and well furnished. The restaurant staff looks after all the necessities and overall we had an amazing time in this resort but during check out we came to know that our money was stolen from the room while all my family members were enjoying at the pool. When we tried to find out who it was to our surprise there was no CCTV in the entire corridor. Would you prefer a hotel without any security??

It's a beautiful resort amidst lush greenery and a lake nearby. Everything about this resort is almost perfect. Serene environment, greenery everywhere with a great view. The service and the food was outstanding. There are teesta river views and a gigantic dam a few km away. In the evening the beautiful breeze will cool down everything. The resort has a huge area which is covered by greenery and many statues for children. The room charges were ok but the food was expensive. The swimming pool was not very clear enough to bathe. Otherwise it's a great place to stay for a peaceful weekend.

A place to rejuvenate yourself! Excellent hotel with so well behaved staffs.Their service is so good. Rooms are big. Has a small pool. Outside dining experience is very nice. You can see Kanchanjangha on a clear day. Food is bit expensive but tasty. Options in BAR are good. Overall a very good place to spend a weekend.

Worthless food and price is sky high. We ordered chesse pakora and corona beer. Price of one pine corona beer is 600/- which cost mere 200/- . So its better to visit a better property which is worth the experience and cost.

stayed there few weeks back. Awesome place, awesome location. Travelled with my family, and the resort in all aspects made our memory beautiful by cordial yet feeling-home type hospitality by the staffs and manager of the resort. the interiors are exteriors are aesthetically decorated which are actually a treat to your eyes. Not but not the least, they provide foods that are really finger-licking and mouth-melting!! Thank You,La Vita Nuava.

We visited the location on 7th of January and it was one of the worst experience ever , for whoever who decides to visit the place please make sure you check the bill because they tend to add up unnecessary items and charge you for it , they tried to fool us by charging an extra 2000 rupees on our bill and later behaved rudely with us . Terrible services and please do not visit if you intend to have a good experience.
